Stationary Concrete Mixer

Working Principle of Stationary Concrete Mixer

The stirring mechanism is a stirring shaft that is horizontally or vertically disposed in the cylinder. The stirring material is forcibly stirred by the rotating stirring blade. During operation process, the rotating shaft drives the blade to shear, squeeze and turn the material to force the agitation, so that the batch is uniformly mixed in the violent relative motion. The mixer liner is made of high manganese alloy and has good wear resistance. The mixer service life is determined by the amount of agitation.
