Electric Concrete Pump Type For ABTD-60 Model
AHBT60 concrete pump consists of hopper, pumping system, hydraulic system, cleaning system, electrical system, motor and walking chassis. The pumping mechanism consists of two main cylinders, a water tank, a reversing device, two concrete cylinders, two concrete pistons, a hopper, a distribution valve, a swing arm, two swing cylinders and a discharge port.

ABTD-60 Model Concrete Pump Working Principle
The concrete pistons are respectively connected with the piston rods of the main cylinder. It reciprocates under the action of the hydraulic oil of the main cylinder. The outlet of the concrete cylinder is connected with the hopper. One end of the distribution valve is connected to the discharge port, and the other end can be connected with the swing arm through the spline shaft. It can swing left and right under the action of swing cylinder.
When the concrete material is pumped, under the action of the main oil cylinder, the concrete piston advances, then the concrete piston retreats. Under the action of the swing oil cylinder, the distribution valve communicates with the concrete. And the concrete cylinder communicates with the hopper. When the concrete piston retreats, the concrete in the hopper is sucked into the concrete cylinder. The concrete piston advances, and the concrete material in the concrete cylinder is sent to the distribution valve for pumping.
When the concrete piston retreats to the end of the stroke, the reversing device in the water tank is triggered. The main cylinder is reversed, and the swing cylinder is reversing, so that the distribution valve is connected with the concrete cylinder. The concrete cylinder is connected with the hopper, at which time the piston retreats and advances. Daily cycle to achieve continuous pumping.
When the pump is reversed, the concrete cylinder in the suction stroke communicates with the distribution valve by the reverse pump operation. The concrete cylinder in the pushing stroke communicates with the hopper, thereby withdrawing the concrete in the pipeline back to the hopper.
